He is very professional whether it is a 1300 sq. ft. home or a 5,000 sq. ft. home). William takes the time to get to know his clients and find the right house to suit his clients' needs. Upon purchasing a house as a first-time buyer, William and I went to look at a house. Even though I was okay with purchasing the house as a first-time buyer, William did not like the house or the location for me. He was honest and told me that he did not like the house or the location. Looking back on this experience, William was correct.
Also, William is a very patient person. He did not rush me into purchasing a home so that he could get his pay and move on. It took me over a year to find a home but William was patiently waiting with me until I found the perfect home. You will not be disappointed when working with him.

I first met William in April 2019 when I randomly walked into an Open house he was hosting. He was very gracious and we chatted for some time about real estate and the house buying process. We kept in touch and when I became a serious buyer, I knew right away the only person that I wanted help me/guide me through the process was William. He is very calm, professional, knowledgeable and wants the best for his clients. He seemed to instinctively know what property would work best for me. Best part was he never at any stage pressured me to buy a property just to close a deal. Several times during the house hunting process I got frustrated and wanted to bid on properties that were not ideal for my situation( and I knew they were not right for me). Each time he took time to talk through the pros and cons of the property and encourage me to patient and not rush such an important/big purchase. Always the decision was left with me and he never showed any bias for or against the property, just outlined the facts. I am very thankful that several times he helped me realise that the route I wanted to take was not the best. I am very happy to say I have found the right proprty and very comfortably within my budget. Thank you William, you went over and above!!
